Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and safety standards Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Handle manual tasks such as lifting supplies, setting up banquet tables, and organizing catering supplies efficiently Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including ovens, mixers, and beverage dispensers Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items Support dietary accommodations by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with special meal requests when needed Must be able to work under time pressure, fast paced, attention to detail, follow directions. Experience Previous experience is not needed. Will train the right person.
