Operate POS systems such Square to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by sanitizing equipment, counters, and storage areas regularly. Handle cash register operations including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving accurate change. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels throughout shifts. Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation while adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
