Counter Attendant Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
• Prepare and serve food items according to customer requests
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area and dining area
• Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
• Upsell and promote menu items to increase sales

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Toast POS system is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
