Essential Functions Accurately prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets, including special diet items as required. Verify tray accuracy and deliver trays or snacks to patient care units as requested. Clean and maintain the kitchen, storage areas, and food preparation equipment. Wash, sanitize, and store trays, dishes, and utensils. Set up the serving line with cold foods, condiments, utensils, and serving containers according to menus and instructions. Stock and store food items and maintain appropriate supply levels for upcoming meals. Assist with inventorying and storing incoming food supplies. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Information Must maintain high standards for cleanliness, accuracy, and service. Requires the ability to work under pressure and follow safety and sanitation procedures. Education:

Experience:
