This position focuses on keeping dining areas clean and organized, assisting servers and bartenders, running food, and helping maintain a smooth guest experience throughout service. Responsibilities Bus and reset tables throughout service. Pre-bus tables at Ember Rooftop and Prime Waters. Keep dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations clean and organized. Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner. Check plates for accuracy, presentation, and correct table numbers before running food. Assist servers with clearing plates, glassware, and other items from tables. Help clean and organize cups and glassware behind the bar. Maintain clean and stocked service areas. Assist with water service and other basic guest needs when needed. Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to help maintain smooth service. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Follow all sanitation and food safety standards. Requirements Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to carry plates, trays, glassware, and bus tubs safely. Must be dependable and willing to assist where needed. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. We are looking for someone who is attentive, organized, and willing to support the team wherever needed during service.

Pay:
