Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Busboy, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will support the front-of-house operations by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, assisting with table service, and ensuring sanitation standards are upheld. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests satisfied and coming back for more. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and properly set for new guests Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and delivering food or beverages when needed Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of trash according to sanitation protocols Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and cleaning supplies following safe lifting practices Support food safety standards by adhering to sanitation guidelines during table clearing and food handling processes Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely service and ensure guest satisfaction Assist with catering setups or special event support as required, ensuring all areas meet hospitality standards Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued Familiarity with cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and manual handling techniques in a hospitality setting Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper table setting techniques is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual handling safely throughout shifts Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences!
