Seasonal Café Attendant - Aquatics Pavilion Join AAC as a Seasonal Café Attendant and become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our members and their guests. Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of $16.00 per hour Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day Complimentary meals are provided in our team member dining room while on duty Celebrate with your family at our annual summer pool party for all team members
Essential Job Functions:
Support the mission and core values of AAC by performing duties as directed Foster a teamwork-oriented environment by assisting colleagues across all areas of the Aquatics Café operation Complete opening and closing duties, including preparation, setup, and side work Learn menu items and accurately process food and beverage orders using the POS system Adhere to AAC standards for table and poolside service, including proper utensil placement, timely beverage refills, clearing tables, and restocking supplies Promptly fulfill member requests to ensure exceptional service Maintain a clean and organized environment by picking up trash, wiping down tables and chairs, and sanitizing surfaces Provide assistance to other departments and club functions as needed
Requirements:
Safely lift up to 50 pounds and efficiently maneuvers trays of food and beverages Requires frequent bending and lifting, along with continuous walking and standing Build positive relationships with both members and team members to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Schedule:
Seasonal Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) based on your availability Shifts vary based on the needs of the Club and include nights, weekends and holidays Atlanta Athletic Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
