About the Position The Hole in One Bar & Eatery (owned by The Wolterdings LLC) is building a part-time team for anticipated concession operations at Bryan County parks in Richmond Hill and Ellabell. This is a private-employer position with The Wolterdings LLC. It is not a Bryan County government position. Employment is contingent upon final contract award, the County's operating schedule, and completion of required onboarding. Associates will be cross-trained to work both the front-counter and food-preparation sides of a concession stand. A normal active stand will generally be operated by one cashier and one cook, with additional help scheduled for tournaments and higher-volume events. Employees may be assigned primarily to one park or scheduled at multiple parks based on their location, availability, and operational needs. Applicants will be asked which parks they can reliably reach. Applicants available to work at more than one location will receive priority. Schedule Work is based on games, tournaments, and scheduled park events. Only concession stands connected to active games or scheduled events will operate.
Typical availability needed:
Weekday evenings, generally after 4:00 p.m. Saturdays Occasional Sundays and tournament days Approximately 4-6 hours per shift Approximately 8-20 hours during active weeks Hours are not guaranteed. Schedules may change because of weather, game cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in park activity. Applicants with consistent evening and Saturday availability will receive priority. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide fast, respectful service Take accurate cash and card payments using the Square POS system Prepare approved concession foods according to training, recipes, and portion standards Serve bottled and canned beverages, snacks, and hot foods Follow handwashing, sanitation, temperature-control, and allergen procedures Record food temperatures and report food-safety concerns Stock and rotate food, beverages, paper products, and supplies Maintain accurate cash handling and individual POS login controls Keep counters, cooking areas, equipment, floors, and sinks clean Empty trash and complete opening and closing checklists Assist with inventory, restocking, waste records, and incident reporting Respond promptly to schedule changes and weather communications Rotate between cashier, cooking, food preparation, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed Qualifications At least 18 years old Reliable transportation to each park location you agree to work Consistent weekday-evening and Saturday availability Willingness to perform both customer-service and food-preparation duties Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time Basic reading, communication, and cash-handling math skills Ability to work calmly and accurately during busy periods Food-service, cashier, retail, or concession experience is preferred but not required Willingness to complete paid training and required food-safety instruction Physical and Work Requirements Stand and walk for most of a 4-6 hour shift Bend, reach, stock shelves, and perform routine cleaning Lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Work safely around approved hot cooking equipment Work in concession buildings that may be affected by outdoor temperatures and weather Wear required clothing and closed-toe, slip-resistant footwear Hiring and Onboarding Requirements A conditional employment offer will be subject to a job-related background check, employment eligibility verification, and other requirements applicable to the Bryan County concession assignment.
