As a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant , you're not just providing support to department managers - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Schedule:
Open flexible availability including both weekdays and weekends. Shifts typically run 8a-5pm. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
