Western Home Communities is seeking a Food Service Worker to join our dining services team. This role is perfect for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys serving others, and takes pride in creating welcoming, enjoyable dining experiences for residents and guests. What You'll Do Serve meals to residents and guests with care and kindness Take accurate food and beverage orders, present checks, and process payments Support your teammates by washing dishes, removing trash, and completing daily cleaning tasks in the kitchen and dining room Assist with additional job-related duties as needed What You'll Need Must be 15 years of age or older A genuine desire to create enjoyable dining experiences for residents, guests, and team members A servant spirit and team-first mindset Customer service experience (preferred, but not required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable attendance (required) Benefits & Perks Flexible PTO 401(k) with employer match Tuition reimbursement Wellness reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Alternate wage scale available for those who choose to waive benefits Actual wage based on experience And much more!
