In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive service excellence. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team committed to quick service and high-quality food production in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Available to work weekends Handle food ordering and inventory management, mainly through Sysco Operate and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems Travel and work at different store locations as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of the location Work independently and take initiative without constant supervision Promote the business during local games, events, or activities by setting up sign boards, banners, or other advertising materials in and around the location Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability Support catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed within the restaurant's scope of operations Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and performance expectations Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and kitchen management practices Proficiency with POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Effective team management skills including training & development, supervising staff, and conducting interviews Experience in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures within a hospitality setting Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high service standards Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; hotel or casual dining experience advantageous
