Hours of Operation for set up are primarily 6am - 2pm with some variability. Pay is 18.75/hr.
Job Duties/Tasks:
Have a comprehensive knowledge of serving routines. Provide complete service to the Banquet guests according to the Standards of Operation. Thoroughly understand the format of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) so as to set up the necessary components of the event. The ability to set up and tear down events in a quick and orderly fashion. Maintain the highest level of service in order to provide all banquet guests with a memorable experience at Glen Oaks Country Club. Consistently perform all required opening and closing duties as spelled out in the Banquet Manual. Performs other duties as assigned from time to time. Promotes high morale and enthusiasm among staff by providing a positive and team-oriented mentality both on and off the floor. Provides a high level of cooperation and communication with all allied Departments of the Club.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible work hours. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Withstand long periods of time on their feet and walking various distances. Opportunities to advance throughout the Clubhouse!
