As a key member of our food truck operation, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the square POS system for order taking and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and work areas. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and supply ordering. Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or café setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
