Since 1994, we have set the gold standard for residential and commercial aquatic care in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 1 year of direct swimming pool and spa cleaning experience to join our elite service team. This is a year-round position with CPO training eligibility and potential growth with the company. The Role In this energetic, hands-on role, you will ensure our clients' pools remain safe, clean, and "DoctoRx Approved." We encourage professional advancement for those who demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Key Duties Expert Inspection:
Inspect, clean, and photograph pools/spas to maintain high-quality service records.
Maintenance Excellence:
Net water surfaces, empty baskets, vacuum, brush, and remove deck debris.
Chemical Authority:
Test and balance water chemistry to precise sanitation standards.
Proactive Diagnostics:
Spot leaks or equipment malfunctions (pumps, filters, heaters) and notify the office immediately.
Safety Compliance:
Safely handle and dose hazardous materials (chlorine, acid, algaecide).
Seasonal Operations:
Help open and close pools, ensuring proper winterization and startup. Requirements (Expertise & Trustworthiness)
Experience:
1 year in Pool/Spa cleaning or Water Chemistry (Required).
Licensing:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (No DUIs within the last 5 years).
Character:
Must be dependable with excellent attendance and a strong "attention to detail."
Physicality:
Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Our Team?
