Duties Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations Assist with serving water, clearing plates, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies, cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting environment at all times Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Contribute to the overall cleanliness of dining areas by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Qualifications Experience working in hospitality or the food serviceindustry is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and serving techniques Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform routine cleaning tasks A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
