Job Description
PHD Services is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Coffee Bar Attendant to support multiple coffee stations throughout a large corporate facility. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining clean, fully stocked, and organized coffee bars to ensure employees and visitors have an exceptional experience throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in presentation, and is committed to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities Maintain multiple coffee bars throughout a large office campus Clean coffee machines, countertops, sinks, and surrounding areas Restock coffee, tea, sweeteners, creamers, cups, lids, stir sticks, napkins, straws, and related supplies Monitor inventory levels and replenish products before supplies run low Ensure coffee bars remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day Rotate stock and maintain product freshness Report equipment issues or maintenance needs Receive and organize incoming coffee and pantry deliveries Maintain storage areas in a clean and organized manner Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Provide courteous service when interacting with building occupants Qualifications Previous hospitality, food service, janitorial, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Schedule Monday - Friday Full-Time Day Shift 6:00am-2:30pm
