Responsibilities:

Assist with lunch set-up at the serving site Serve meal components in proper portions Maintain program NSLP guidelines for "Offer vs. Serve" Maintain clean and sanitary work area at all times Monitor return of trays and utensils (stored in tub at ARS to return to MS) and washed at MS between grade service Be proactive and assist in any other way needed during lunch service Monitor activity in lunchroom to insure a safe environment After lunch service, clean tables (put away daily at ARS), clear any serving equipment for washing (ARS takes to MS), sweep floors, dispose of trash At MS, clean and sanitize all counters and sinks in the kitchen Wash all equipment used for lunch service Shutdown dishwasher and wipe down counters and sinks in dishwasher room Perform all other tasks as assigned by

Food Service Director or ARS Cafeteria Manager Requirements:

Current Illinois Food Handler Certificate required. Training (4 Hours required by NSLP)
