We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Attendants to join our team at a brand-new 109-room Hampton Inn. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and replenishing the hotel's complimentary breakfast while providing a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to become part of our opening team and help establish the service standards of a brand-new hotel from day one. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area each morning according to hotel and Hampton Inn standards. Prepare and replenish breakfast food and beverage items throughout the service period. Monitor food levels and ensure items are fresh, properly presented, and available to guests. Maintain proper food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Keep the breakfast area, tables, counters, serving areas, and floors clean and organized. Promptly clear and clean tables after guests finish eating. Wash dishes and utensils and maintain adequate supplies throughout breakfast service. Restock coffee, juice, condiments, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, and other breakfast supplies. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Answer guest questions regarding breakfast offerings and hotel amenities. Assist guests with special requests when appropriate. Follow proper procedures for food storage, labeling, and handling. Complete breakfast area cleaning and breakdown after service. Assist with general hotel cleaning and other duties as assigned. Follow all hotel, Hilton/Hampton, health department, and safety standards. Qualifications Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required . Friendly and positive attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Must be comfortable working early morning shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull supplies and equipment as needed. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Food safety certification may be required according to local regulations. Schedule & Availability Breakfast service requires early morning availability . Candidates must be dependable and able to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
