Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork is essential in this role. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms. Help set up dining areas for special events or catering services. Refill water glasses and provide additional support to guests as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean working environment. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to help others and contribute positively to the restaurant atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
