Job Overview We're on the lookout for friendly, energetic Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch guest service while handling food and beverage orders in a busy setting. Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their visit. Upsell menu items such as drinks, cocktails, or special dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records. Assist with food handling, beverage service, and ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness at all times. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries about menu items, wine knowledge, or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations during busy hours. Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary. Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and positive attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently.
