Dining Services Aide At ClarkLindsey, dining is more than a meal. It's an opportunity to create meaningful connections and enhance the lives of the older adults we serve. We're looking for a dependable, service-oriented Dining Services Aide with flexible availability, including weekend availability , to join our team. What You'll Do Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards. Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Assist with dining room setup, meal service, beverage service, and cleanup. Support food preparation, stocking, and general kitchen organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests. What We're Looking For Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented. Friendly, hospitality-focused , and comfortable interacting with residents and coworkers. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Ability to understand and communicate in English. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working around hot water, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals. Able to maintain energy and focus during busy meal service periods. Qualifications Food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided for motivated candidates. ServSafe Certification required within 10 days of hire (ClarkLindsey will assist with the process). Benefits and Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $16.05 - $17.10 per hour and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
