Food Service Manager and Director of Food Service
Work Schedule:
hours per day vary (between 4 to 5.75 hours per day; times vary (dependent upon location), school calendar year Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Assists in any area of food preparation and service in the school kitchen and cafeteria. Maintains kitchen and dining area in a safe and sanitary condition Practices excellent customer service and is responsible for understanding federal and state procedures for claiming meals, including operation of the point of sale system Education and Experience High school graduate or GED equivalent Able to work cooperatively with fellow staff and children Excellent Customer Service Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift 50 pounds School food service experience Food safety training Commercial kitchen equipment operation Cashier experience Excellent basic math skills Must include resume and cover letter with online application Salary and Benefits
