Career Growth What You'll Be Doing:

Help lead and supervise the banquet staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Banquet Manager, overseeing all aspects of event operations. Oversee event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, tablecloths, place settings, and buffets. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage service. Greet clients and guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Ensure that all staff adhere to safety and quality regulations. Monitor event timelines and adjust as necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct pre-event meetings to inform staff of event details and guest expectations. Provide exceptional hospitality by consistently exceeding guest expectations. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring the venue is restored to its original condition.
