Job Description The Assistant Food & Beverage Director supports the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing all aspects of Food and Beverage operations on Chatham Hills property, including, but not limited to: our main dining restaurant, casual restaurant, outdoor pool, banquets & private events, golf outings, and more. This role focuses on daily operational excellence, staff leadership, training, service standards, and coordination of special events while maintaining a high-quality, member-focused environment. General Duties Assist Leadership Team- It is the responsibility of the Assistant Food and Beverage Director (AFBD) to resolve any member issues.
- Work with the Banquet Management Team to ensure all events are properly set, fully staffed, and prepared prior to the event start time.
- Review weekly schedules prepared by the Food & Beverage Manager and the Banquets Operations Manager to ensure adequate coverage and alignment with budgeted labor costs. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled, responding to member needs and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. Hours
- 40+ hours a week (not limited to), being able to work weekends, nights, mornings
- Being Flexible Qualifications 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or club management.
Pay:
$60,000.00- $65,000.
