This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and warm, genuine hospitality that enhances the atmosphere of our Club.

SCHEDULE

Availability to work four days per week, including weekends Additional shifts may be scheduled based on anticipated business volume Candidates should preferably be available for one of the following schedules: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver food and beverages to members' tables promptly and accurately. Learn table numbers and seating arrangements to support efficient service. Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items. Anticipate member needs by replenishing beverages, marking tables, and providing additional service touches. Bus, reset, and prepare tables for the next seating. Verify the accuracy of carryout and dine-in orders before they leave the kitchen or are delivered to the table. Keep service stations clean and organized and assist the expeditor as needed. Respond to member requests with urgency, care, and ownership. Warmly thank members and guests as they depart. Assist with banquet events and in other areas of the Club as needed. Perform other service-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous hospitality or service experience preferred. Outgoing and personable, with a positive and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends including Sundays and holidays. Predictable and reliable attendance.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Ability to remain on your feet for most or all of the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and turn throughout the shift. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
