Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smile guests see in the morning! In this lively role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere by preparing and serving delicious breakfast offerings, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, food stations, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitizing procedures to ensure guest safety Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations efficiently and safely Assist with food preparation tasks, including slicing, portioning, and assembling breakfast items as needed Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service Restock supplies and ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored according to health regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or restaurant settings, is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude towards guests Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; dietary aide or culinary experience is beneficial Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences that energize our guests' day!
