Social is a beloved casually upscale dining establishment in Newton with a reputation for providing a fun and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive interacting with co-workers and customers, enjoy a fast-paced socially stimulating environment and have excellent communication skills. The role primarily functions as the main support system for all servers, bartenders and management. The foundation of all team members at Social Restaurant & Bar is hospitality and it's important that they embody the level of excellent customer service that our patrons have come to expect. All applicants should anticipate working evenings and weekends as well as standing for upwards of 5 to 8 hours in a shift.
