LOCATION
Dennis-Yarmouth High School (1 position) & Station Avenue Elementary School (1 position)
HOURS:
Monday through Friday 3.75 hours per day
COMPENSATION
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website . All internal applicants who are interested in this position should apply within ten days of this posting. SUMMARY:
To serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness and friendliness to assure efficient and effective levels of product service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist in the preparation of food portions and prepare the cafeteria counter, which may include breakfast and/or lunch. Serve students and staff as required. Maintain a positive and friendly manner towards students and staff. Wash dishes and assist cleaning of stoves, refrigerators, machines, trays, counters, tables, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Work cash registers. Assist with the weekly stocking of products.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificate in safe food handling required.
