Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, where you'll be the first friendly face guests see in the morning! You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a welcoming breakfast environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help set the tone for our guests' day, making their stay truly special. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service Assist with food preparation, including heating food to safety standards, replenishing buffet items, and preparing waffle mix. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food handling and preparation tasks Greet guests warmly in person, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable Follow food safety management protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and handle weight in the workplace comfortably Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Culinary or hospitality experience is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
