Job Description

```Duties```
  • Shift starts at 5 am
  • Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items
  • Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and countertops
  • Clear tables and clean dishes as guests finish their meals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions and assisting with any special requests
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests ```Requirements```
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of meal preparation and culinary techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to follow proper hygiene standards
