Job Description

The Bricks Pizzeria is currently looking for individuals to fill our busser position. The Bricks is a farm to table pizzeria focusing on great food, great experience, community involvement and company sustainability. Every employee here is expected to promote community wellness and prosper with self-awareness. The Bricks mills our own grain in-house, work on growing our own produce at our farm an hour north of Detroit. With a focus on growing a proprietary mix of ancient grains, specifically Einkorn and Spelt. The oven is a wood-fired Le Panyol from France, custom-designed by the Maine Wood-heating Company.
