We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team at Chubby Cattle Wagyu Shabu House - Novi. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

Assist servers by clearing tables quickly and efficiently between courses and after guests leave Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glasses, and other items Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, utensils, and cleaning materials Help servers deliver food and beverages as needed Keep dining areas, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked Support the overall flow of the restaurant by communicating with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset Excellent communication and time-management skills Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
