Food Service Worker - Float CKC Good Food - 3.5 Eagan, MN Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications ServSafe Full Job Description We are a food service company looking to hire a food service worker at our main kitchen location in Eagan, MN. Staff will travel to different kitchen locations in the metro to aid in food preparation, service, and general kitchen duties. Will report and work at the main kitchen if no float services are needed for the day.
Rate:
$18.00 - $23.00,
DOQ Hours:
6:00am-2:30pm Lifting up to 30 pounds Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Travel to various sites to perform needed kitchen duties (covering absences/time off requests). Prepares and serves food according to menus and portion controls. Verifies food quality, quantity, and freshness when receiving when receiving food. Temps food upon receipt and before serving. Ensures that all food preparation is done in a timely manner as to meet schedules. Communicates shortage of menu items to Field Kitchen Supervisor. Places dishes in dishwasher and cleans dishes in pot and pan sink as needed. Stocks dishes, glassware and silverware as needed. Maintains a neat and orderly work area at all times. Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures. Reports any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management. Maintains a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and observe the company dress code. Operates all equipment appropriately as required. Completes paperwork. Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities. Communicates effectively with all members of the school. Performs other related duties as assigned.
