Job Overview:

The purpose of this position is to contribute to membership sales and retention, to promote F&B sales and prepare simple hot and cold food/beverage items according to standard operating procedures. Performs prep work and delivers finished food products.

The Work You'll Do:

Assists in membership sales and recruitment. Ensures membership retention, repeat daily guest usage, and referrals through a high level of member and guest service delivery and response. Performs point of sale functions. Completes procedures for reconciling cash drawer at end of shift. Prepares simple hot and cold food/beverages according to standard operating procedures and food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assists with prep work and delivery of food products. Organizes refrigerators/freezers, workspace and storage area. Maintains cleanliness and order of all equipment and workspace. Advises the Manager/Supervisor of any inventory order needs. Advises the Manager/Supervisor of any equipment that is not working properly. Monitors opening and closing procedures.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old Ability to pass basic math test C.P.R. / First Aid Certifications and Blood borne Pathogen or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment Basic knowledge of sanitation practices.
