This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests while providing exceptional service in the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic, contributing positively to our team dynamics. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable for guests. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring quick turnaround between guests. Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during meal service. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times. Support catering events as needed, assisting in setup, service, and cleanup. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure high standards of hospitality. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus.
