The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities. This position may be performed on-site or off-site , depending on business needs. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, visitors, and callers. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications. Greet visitors professionally and assist them with their requests. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and service requests. Maintain calendars and update appointment information accurately. Respond to customer questions and provide general information about company services. Route inquiries and concerns to the appropriate department or team member. Maintain accurate customer and visitor records. Perform data entry and update information in company systems. Receive, organize, and distribute mail, documents, and other correspondence. Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. Maintain an organized and professional front-desk environment. Follow company procedures for handling confidential customer and business information. Assist other administrative and customer service teams as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic computer systems. Ability to learn scheduling, CRM, and other company software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace required for off-site work.
