Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Busser to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our dining experience, ensuring that tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset to create a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain a smooth flow of service, contributing to memorable dining moments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service and hospitality while working in a lively, team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for incoming guests Assist with cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations Support servers by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils swiftly to maintain a clean workspace Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of chairs or tables following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the dining area Assist with food handling and catering support when needed to ensure seamless service delivery Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with cleaning, sanitation, and table setting procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and attention to detail Experience in hospitality or catering roles is a plus but not mandatory Join us as a Busser and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
