Sign-On Bonus:

What We're Looking For Restaurant management experience strongly preferred - ideal candidates will come from full-service, upscale, or high-volume restaurant operations. Proven experience leading front-of-house restaurant operations , including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, supervisors, and support staff. Experience overseeing multiple dining outlets or service areas and maintaining consistent service standards across operations. Strong focus on hospitality, guest experience, service excellence, and team engagement . Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, schedule, and develop front-of-house teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with catering, private events, or special-event execution preferred. Comfortable working in a highly visible, hands-on leadership role and engaging directly with residents, guests, and team members. Ability to partner with culinary leadership to deliver a restaurant-quality dining experience . Senior living experience is not required - we welcome candidates with strong restaurant and hospitality management backgrounds. Job Summary As an Assistant Director of Dining Services I, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day food service operations of a medium to large volume location. You will manage and lead a team of associates, and will be responsible for talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food. Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams. Maintains excellent relationships with the client. Manages, trains, and develops associates. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of food service management experience. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations. Experience with catering events Strong leadership and communication skills. Financial experience and business acumen skills.
