• Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food and beverage items are properly displayed and stocked
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections and answer any questions they may have about the menu
• Prepare and serve food items such as hot and cold breakfast items, pastries, and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed throughout the breakfast service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow all safety and health regulations when handling food and operating kitchen equipment ```Experience```
• Previous experience in guest services or a restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is beneficial for catering events
