- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
- General knowledge of cleaning methods, food service equipment and food preparation and service.
- Ability to perform moderately heavy physical labor
- Ability to maintain and adhere to safety and sanitation standards particularly regarding: personal cleanliness, food preparation/holding/service and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math/cash handling skills to add, subtract and make change.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve to meet the needs of the customer.
