Job Overview As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional morning service by preparing and maintaining a clean, inviting breakfast area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a satisfying start to their day. Duties Set up and replenish breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments throughout the morning shift Prepare food items following safety and sanitizing procedures, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment such as oven, toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently Assist with food handling and portioning, ensuring proper weight handling and food safety practices are followed Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when applicable Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests and responding promptly to their needs Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety sanitizing procedures, and food handling standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions and measuring ingredients Knowledge of wine or beverage service is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including weight handling in the workplace Familiarity with catering or dietary aide experience is advantageous within the hospitality or food industry Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and be part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through energetic service and culinary excellence!
