Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and early-rising Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and tearing down our morning breakfast service, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, fresh, and welcoming start to their day. Because this role requires independent operation during early morning hours, strong punctuality, responsibility, and attention to cleanliness are essential.
Key Responsibilities Early Morning Setup & Service:
Arrive promptly at 6:00 AM to prepare breakfast stations, food items, hot beverages, and dining areas before guest arrival.Food Safety & Sanitation:
Strictly adhere to food safety regulations, temperature controls, sanitization protocols, and proper food handling procedures.Guest Interaction:
Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and maintain a bright, welcoming atmosphere.Maintenance & Restocking:
Keep breakfast buffet stations clean, fully stocked, and presented neatly throughout service hours; clear and sanitize dining tables promptly.Breakdown & Cleaning:
Clean kitchen equipment, wash service dishes, dispose of waste, and complete daily sanitization checklists by 11:00 AM.Training & Compliance:
Complete all required initial and ongoing online brand and management training modules.Requirements & Qualifications Reliability & Punctuality:
Must be an dependable early riser with a track record of consistent attendance for 6:00 AM shifts.Computer & Digital Skills:
Comfortable navigating online training portals and completing web-based courses independently.Food Handler Certification:
Must complete standard Food Handler training (100% company-paid upon hire). Attention toDetail:
Deep commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for the duration of the 5-hour shift, lift up to 30-40 lbs (restocking supplies, trays, and trash), and perform routine bending or reaching.Guest Service Skills:
