Job Summary Legends Patio Grill and Bar - Aksarben is seeking an organized and service-focused Beverage Coordinator to help manage beverage operations and support an efficient guest experience. This role will coordinate beverage service, assist bartenders and servers, monitor supplies, and help maintain consistent service standards throughout daily operations. Responsibilities Coordinate beverage service during assigned shifts. Support bartenders, servers, and other front-of-house team members. Monitor beverage inventory and communicate restocking needs. Help maintain organized and properly stocked bar and beverage areas. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage products. Monitor beverage orders for accuracy and timely service. Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in beverage-service areas. Assist management with beverage-related operational tasks. Support proper POS, cash-handling, and order-entry procedures. Help ensure responsible alcohol-service and restaurant policies are followed. Respond professionally to guest questions regarding beverages and service. Communicate inventory, service, and staffing concerns to management. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, beverage, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organization and communication skills. Customer-focused attitude with professional service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. Comfortable coordinating tasks and supporting a team. Basic familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented approach. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
