Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring food presentation is appealing and meets food safety standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere Monitor food levels throughout service, refilling items as needed to maintain a fresh and abundant display Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests with professionalism Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for efficient service during busy mornings Experience Prior experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings that require attention to detail and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures within the food industry Familiarity with coffee and beverage service is a plus Previous restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism Dietary aide experience or familiarity with special dietary accommodations enhances your ability to serve diverse guests effectively Join us as a Breakfast Attendant if you're passionate about creating delightful mornings for our guests!
