THE ROLE
The Food and Beverage Support plays a key role in supporting daily concession operations by managing inventory, assisting with product receiving and storage, and maintaining foodservice equipment. This position requires prior experience in a food service setting and a commitment to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. This is a part-time, event-based position scheduled based on the arena's event calendar.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and concession areas Transfer products before and during events, ensuring proper handling and storage Set up and dismantle portable concession stations Assist with monthly inventory tracking and documentation Clean and maintain foodservice equipment (e.g., fryers, grills) Deliver food orders to suites during events Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisory responsibilities in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience working in event venues, arenas, or guest services is a plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Work may occur indoors or outdoors depending on event needs Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions via radio
