Busser Position - The Library Steakhouse The Library Steakhouse is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Busser to join our team. We are a high-end, fast-paced steakhouse where teamwork, professionalism, and guest experience are everything. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Assisting with dessert service, including traying and presenting desserts to guests Preparing and plating desserts Watering tables and maintaining guest needs throughout service Greeting guests warmly and professionally Supporting servers to ensure smooth, seamless service Polishing silverware and maintaining cleanliness standards Completing daily setups and side work What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and guest-focused demeanor Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant

Compensation Training Pay:

$7.25/hour Base Pay (after training): $10/hour
