FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS, 5-10 PM

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that our food service operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables and preparing the dining area for new guests. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of bussing trays Support food service operations by serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain positive communication with team members to coordinate service flow, and guest needs effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of sanitation practices, table setting techniques, and food safety regulations. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests courteously. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
