Job Description

We are an organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegan café and juice bar that prepares daily plant based "grab and go" and "made to order" food selections. We are looking for energetic, detail oriented individuals that have a passion for health and wellness and preparing fresh and healthy food! Performs varied routine work related to the preparation and service of food as well as cleaning of food service facilities, equipment and utensils, inventory. Preps fruits, vegetables, and nuts (no meat, or fish). Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients. Utilizes approved food recipes (many recipes already provided) and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to follow recipes.
