Job Overview:
The main functions of the Food Service Worker are the loading and transporting of food trucks, washing of dishes, removal of garbage and trash, and overall sanitation of the department. Qualifications Preferred Knowledge of Sanitation and Safety Standards Scheduling Requirements Every other weekend and every other holiday requirements Full Time Hours 6:30am-3:00pm Essential Function Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis. All cold food products are maintained at 41 degrees or below. All proper food temperatures must be maintained. Works with food and supplies according to established guidelines. All food products must be properly dated, wrapped and labeled.
