We produce and supply quality food products worldwide, and we are currently seeking a highly organized, versatile, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our team at our New Jersey office . Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative tasks, office operations, and manufacturing/distribution correspondence for our NJ branch. Create and update promotional materials, product packaging, catalogs, or digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Utilize AI tools and Google Workspace to streamline workflow, manage scheduling, and automate routine tasks. Coordinate with internal global teams, suppliers, and clients with high attention to detail. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications & Requirements Language:
Bilingual proficiency in an Asian language is a strong plus.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.). Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator . Working knowledge or proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize work efficiency.
Commute Requirement:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute daily to our NJ office.
